Mike, who has been with Garon T for more than 8 years, came to do the first maintenance on my NEW gas combi boiler. I was reassured when he arrived because he recalled having been to my house before. He'd worked with Tom Garon, the original owner of the business. I'd found Garon T through Angie's List and had great regard for his knowledge, experience, and honesty. Mike inspired confidence as he patiently reviewed, step by step, what he was going to do. He answered all our questions, including some very precise, technical ones from my electronics engineer. He told me what it would cost for the maintenance. Mike did not pressure me to use his services. He didn't try to get me to do a total flush of the system which would have been more complicated & expensive. I decided to use him to feel confident in his ability. Once I retained him, he went straight to the task. As he proceeded, he didn't mind it when my electronics engineer observed him for a while, asking some questions as Mike proceeded. Mike regarded this as an interactive process between customer and technician, rather than a nuisance. He welcomed it rather than acting threatened. The entire time, Mike observed the COVID-19 protocol. He wore a well-fitting mask; he noted that the tablet & stylus he gave me to sign was disinfected. The receipt was emailed.
