Ken gave me a very detailed report on how my furnace operates and functions. Was extremely informative about if and when I would need a new furnace vs parts. Was on time and called 30 mins prior to arriving. Ken is polite and considerate. Showed me the different returns, how and when I should maintain them. There is no hard sell, just honest information given which included pictures and 3 options for the repair labelling them Good, better, best so that the customer (I) can make a decision to move forward with the necessary repairs.
